We don\u2019t just manufacture great tools; we ensure quality from conception through to production, and even years after initial use.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">More information about us and the products available at dev.radtorque.com<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our Values: Innovative, Responsive, Passionate, Dependable, Quality.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 40px 0;\"><b>The Role and Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>System Analysis and Requirements Gathering:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Gather and analyze system requirements from stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Elicit customer \/ problem domain requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Author engineering \/ solution domain requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Assess the feasibility, risk, technology readiness, suitability and performance of different system components and technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>System Architecture and Design:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Translate business needs into technical specifications and designs.<\/li>\n<li>Decompose system designs into component solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Define and design complex systems and components that meet specified requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Create and document system and interface specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that systems are scalable, reliable, and secure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>System Implementation and Integration:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Implement, integrate and verify various systems and sub-system components.<\/li>\n<li>Test and validate system components to ensure they work together effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot system integration issues and provide solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize system performance for efficiency, scalability and maintainability<\/li>\n<li>Design, implement, integrate and verify specific subsystems, such as firmware subsystems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>System Verification and Validation:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Design and execute tests to verify and validate system functionality and performance.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that systems are compliant with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that verification and validation provide traceability against system requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Project Leadership, Documentation and Reporting:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Develop technical and logistical system development plans.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with a multidiscipline team including (mechanical, electronic, firmware, software, V&amp;V, and project management.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure cross-functional departments are aligned with project goals and timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential issues and mitigation strategies to reduce risk.<\/li>\n<li>Create detailed technical documentation throughout the system lifecycle, including requirements, design, analysis, FMEAs, and other technical reports.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 40px 0; font-weight: 400;\"><strong>The Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, or related fields.
